Airport Pickup and Return In most cases you will be greeted at the airport by our representative and transported to the first night's hotel by bus. The country, the location of the first and last stop and overall convenience determine the specifics of airport pickup and/or return. This information is contained within each trip description in Tours. In every instance, we give consideration to your comfort and convenience.
Travel Help - We will gladly assist you with your individual plans before or after your vacation with us. Our representatives are experts in European travel and can answer questions about discount fares, accommodations, train travel, flights, or suggest a solution for your specific travel needs. If you wish to arrive a few days early or extend your stay in Europe at the end of the trip, we can recommend hotels we often use or can help reserve your extended stay. Don't hesitate to contact us by telephone or email with details. Do realize that the European travel market changes frequently and that there are always many possibilities.
Insurance - We strongly encourage our participants to purchase baggage, health, trip cancellation and accident insurance.

Any ticket, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to these terms and conditions and to any and all terms and conditions under which the means of transportation, or other services provided thereby, are offered or supplied by owners, operation or public carriers from whom Hindriks European Bicycle Tours, B.V. acts solely as agents. Upon making a deposit to Hindriks European Bicycle Tours, B.V., you agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.
