Payment Details
Price - All prices are based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms will be
available on each tour with a payment of the single supplement.
Single Supplement - Prices are based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms will be available on each tour with a payment of the single supplement. If you are traveling alone, we can usually match you with a roommate; if we are unable to, there will be no additional charge. Single Supplement rates are listed in the Tours section.
Reservation and Deposit
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking. In order to place your reservation online, fill in the booking form, click on Send and mail a personal check to Hindriks European Bicycle Tours, PO Box 222, Peru, IN 46970.
Or, you can print out the completed reservation form and mail it in with your deposit. Upon receipt, we will confirm your place on the tour.
Payment of Balance Due - Final payment for all Hindriks European Bicycle Tours must be
received no later than 60 days before tour departure. Payments must be made in U.S. funds by
personal check or can be made by PayPal and credit card through this website. If you pay by Paypal then we are forced to charge an extra 4 % administration fee. Save 4% and pay by check!
Cancellation Policy by You - Payments are refundable less $100 cancellation fee if we are
notified at least 60 days before departure. Cancellation fee for notice 60 to 45 days before
departure is $200; less than 45 days before departure is $300; less than 15 days before
departure, all monies received. All cancellations must be made by contacting a representative at
1-866-605-0289 or in writing to
info@hindrikstours.com.
Tour Cancellation by HEBT - We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time prior to departure for any reason and in such case, Hindriks European Bicycle Tours will refund payment(s) received. If a tour must be cancelled, we will attempt to notify all participants 60 days in advance. In the event of cancellation, Hindriks European Bicycle Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred, including non-refundable airline tickets.
