Description
This trip in the southern part of the Czech Republic is known for its beautiful scenery and excellent riding. The trip will take you deep into the Bohemian forest with its wonderful nature and great historical towns. You'll cycle through an unspoiled area consisting of small villages, historical towns, romantic castles, meandering little rivers, woodlands and gently rolling terrain. You start in the middle of the forest close to the Austrian border in a lovely hotel, then cycle to Jindrichuv Hradec, Trebon, Ceske Budejovice and Ceske Krumlov. Castles and breweries are abundant (pilsner beer was invented in the Czech Republic). One of the highlights will be Cesky Krumlov, historical, pretty, charming, even the word entrancing can describe this wonderful last stop on the Bohemian bicycle trip.
